Training on Eye Care and Health Journalism to be held on 10th May

PESHAWAR: The Sunrise Today Media Network (STMN) in collaboration with the Pakistan Institute of Community Ophthalmology (PICO) is going to conduct 1-day Training on Eye Care and Health Journalism on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
It is worth mentioning that it is the first ever media training of its kind in Pakistan going to be held under the mentorship of Prof Dr Sanaullah Jan, Director, Pakistan Institute of Community Ophthalmology, while Asif Khan Turk, Editor, Sunrise Today and President, Science Journalism Society of Pakistan, will serve as chief organizer.
Journalists, doctors and medical students will participate in the training and will be trained and guided on modern and advance scientific lines regarding eye care and health journalism with the purpose to create awareness in society on the issues of eye health through media.
