Abida Parveen defends MPhil dissertation

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Abida Parveen of the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Peshawar (UoP) has successfully defended her thesis and declared eligible for the award of MPhil degree in the subject of Education.
The thesis defense function of the scholar was held at the IER here on Friday. The event was followed by a question-answer session in which she defended her research work by answering the questions of the audience in a scholarly way. Faculty members, research scholars and students attended the function.
The scholar completed her study under the title: “Job Stress and the Performance of Teachers: A Case Study of Secondary Schools, District Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”. Dr Uzma Dayan, Lecturer, IER and Dr Muhammad Rauf, Professor, IER, served as her supervisors, while Dr Alam Zeb, Faculty of Education and Professional Training, University of Swat, was her external examiner.
