M.Phil scholar Bakht Jamal defends thesis

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Bakht Jamal of the Department of Zoology, Islamia College University (ICU) Peshawar has successfully defended his thesis and declared eligible for the award of M.Phil degree in the subject of Zoology.
In this regard, a function was organized at the ICU here on Thursday. The function was followed by a question-answer session in which he successfully defended his research work by answering the questions of the audience in a well-managed and proper way. Faculty members, research scholars and students participated on the occasion.
The title his thesis is: “Burrow Density and Management of Indian Crested Porcupine (Hystrix Indica) in District Swat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”. Prof Dr Ali Muhammad Yousafzai, Chairman, Department of Zoology, ICU, served as his supervisor, while Dr Naila Gulfam of the Jinnah College for Women, University of Peshawar was his external examiner.
