Abid Ahmad defends Ph.D thesis

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Abid Ahmad of the Department of Management Sciences, Islamia College University (ICU) Peshawar has successfully defended his thesis and declared eligible for the award of Ph.D degree in the subject of Management Sciences.
In this regard, a function was organized at the ICU here on Thursday which was followed by a question-answer session wherein he successfully defended his research work by answering the questions of the participants in a well-managed and proper way. Faculty members, research scholars, students and people from different walks of life attended the event.
The title of his thesis is: “Impact of relational coordination and employees well-being through Mediating Role of Job Embeddedness”. Dr Fayaz Ali Shah, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences, ICU, served as his supervisor, while Dr Mohib Ullah of the Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan and Dr Sajjad Ahmad of the University of Peshawar were his external examiners.
