AP Aysha Riaz defends Ph.D thesis

PESHAWAR: Assistant Professor Aysha Riaz has successfully defended her Ph.D thesis from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Agriculture University Peshawar (AUP) here on Friday.
In this regard, a function was organised at the AUP which was followed by a question-answer session in which she defended her thesis in a well-managed and proper way and she was declared eligible for the award of Ph.D degree. Faculty members, research scholars, students and people from different fields of life participated in the event.
The title of her thesis is: “Development and quality evaluation of wheat flour biscuits enrich of moringa leaves powder” which she completed under the supervision of Prof Dr Said Wahab, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Nutrition Sciences, AUP, while it was examined by many well-known professors in Turkey and China.
