Musharaf Khan defends Ph.D thesis

PESHAWAR: Musharaf Khan, a research scholar of the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Peshawar (UoP) has successfully defended his Ph.D thesis here on Thursday.
A function was held in this regard at the IER, UoP in which he defended his research work successfully by answering the questions of participants in a well managed and proper way and he was declared eligible for the award of Ph.D degree in the subject of Education. Faculty members, research scholars, students and a number of people from different walks of life were present on the occasion.
The topic of his thesis is: “Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction: a Correlational Study of Secondary School Teachers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan” which he completed under the supervision of Prof Dr Arshad Ali of the IER, UoP and Dr Summiya Ahmad of the Department of Psychology, UoP, while the examination committee was comprised of Prof Dr Nasiru Din of the KUST, Dr Habib Ilahi of the University of Hazara and Dr Amjad Reba of the IER, UoP.
