World Bank’s DSD visits RTS

PESHAWAR: Ms. Loius Chord, Director, Social Development, World Bank along with World Bank’s team paid visit to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission (KPRTS) Head Office.
Muhammad Mushtaq Jadun, Chief Commissioner, KPRTS, briefed the Director about the working and performance of the Commission. He also briefed her about the development of community and official forums, complaint redressal mechanism, gender issues and extension of services to merged tribal districts and areas.
Ms. Loius also paid visit to Rasai (Access) Call Center 1800 which is in testing phase and would be operationalized by next month.
