Event on new research and development framework held

PESHAWAR: The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialisation (ORIC), University of Peshawar and Higher Education Commission (HEC) jointly organised a roadshow event on “New R&D Framework of HEC, Pakistan” at the National Center of Excellence in Geology, University of Peshawar on Thursday.
The main objectives of the event were to raise awareness about new R&D framework developed by the HEC, to familiarize researchers with the existing and upcoming research grant opportunities and to motivate and guide the researchers to get maximum benefit from various funding opportunities.
Zahoor Ahmad, Manager, ORIC, UoP, organised the event while a number of university’s faculty members, researchers and officials participated. The HEC’s officials were also present on the occasion.
