Ghazi Economic Zone inaugurated

SWABI: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) has formally launched the Ghazi Economic Zone on commercial basis with the laying of foundation stone of two industrial units here on Friday.
In this connection, a ceremony was held at the economic zone in which the Provincial Caretaker Minister for Industries, Commerce and Technical Education Dr Syed Aamer Abdullah participated as chief guest. The CEO, KPEZDMC, Javed Iqbal Khattak, and other senior officials of the company as well as a number of investors were also in attendance.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the provincial caretaker minister said that though the term of caretaker setup was short, but they would fulfill all the commitments with investors and industrialists by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government.
He also welcomed the investors from Karachi for investing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and stated that the provincial government would play its due role in providing them all kinds of facilities to strengthen the economy of the province more and more.
