SUIT holds inter-universities project exhibition

PESHAWAR: Sarhad University of Science & Information Technology (SUIT) arranged the Inter-Universities Project Exhibition/Competition 2023 here the other day.
The inaugural ceremony was presided over by the Vice Chancellor, SUIT, Prof Dr Salim-ur-Rehman, while the closing ceremony was presided over by the Provincial Minister for Higher Education, Prof Dr Qasim Jan. The event was held in collaboration with Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
While addressing the participants, Vice Chancellor SUIT Prof Dr Salim-ur-Rehman stressed upon the promotion of science and technology in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was of the view that without quality education, the nation could not compete with developed countries.
Addressing the audience, Provincial Minister Prof Dr Qasim Jan urged the students to focus and concentrate on their studies to become more useful citizens of the society. He also advised the teachers to involve their students in creative activities so that they could bring more developments to the country.
At the end of the event, the higher education minister also awarded prizes to the projects, who secured first, second and third positions in their respective categories.
