PESHAWAR: A group of the students from Government Technical & Vocational Center for Women (GTVC) Hayatabad embarked on a significant exposure visit to Zakori Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. here on the other day.
The visit provided a unique platform for the aspiring young women to gain practical knowledge and insight into the inner working of the company by thoroughly observing the manufacturing processes and understanding the intricacies of packaging.
The company officials while briefing the students stated that industrial visits played a pivotal role in bridging up the gap between theoretical learning and practical exposure, adding that the experiential learning opportunity not only enhanced their understanding of the subject matter but also equipped them with the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in their future careers.
The factory’s visit also served as a catalyst for women empowerment by encouraging young women to excel and redefine societal norms in the professional landscape, said the officials, adding that by showcasing the capabilities and talent of these young female students, it highlighted their potential to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries and pave the way for gender equality and inclusivity in the workforce.
